Before starting her own business, Marcia worked for Eastman Kodak Company as a director of marketing communications. She was also a marketing consultant for the Massachusetts Manufacturing Partnership, which assisted companies within the state in developing marketing plans. She holds an MBA in marketing and corporate strategy from the University of Michigan and a BA with honors from Wellesley College.
